Havaneras
The Havanera is one of the most representative music styles of the Catalan culture, from sailor’s tradition, whose characteristic rhythm reminds the waves’ balance and whose words remember the overseas colonies and the long trips to Cuba far from home.
An Havaneres evening creates an atmosphere of cordiality and camaraderie and the audiences often end up singing along with the musicians, a group from 3 to 7, who play accordion, guitars and bass.
