GALA DINNER / Cititravel (Can Magí)
This event is a good example of a complete event around a Dinner using the possibilities of the different areas of the site like, in this case, Can Magí in Sant Cugat.
At the parquing, at the guest's arrival, a small Catalan Party with 2 Giants, 2 bigheaded and 2 "grallers" (folk musicians) will do a reception show.
In the Garden the "Bastoners" will do the traditional Catalan dance with sticks.
Beig done in the evening, both events used exterior lighting and the Bastoners danced to recorded music so a whole set of sound and lightning was placed outside.
Inside te dinner hall, AP Productions provided a spectacular lighting throughout the room, and a big stage (5 x 10 m) which served a jazz quartet during dinner and the show "Las Edades del Flamenco" during the dessert.
In addition, there was the lighting for the stage and a spread sound around the room with 12 loudspeakers.
