Llotja de Mar
The Llotja in Barcelona, or Llotja de Mar is located in Pla de Palau. This building was the venue for the merchants of the city and targeted recruitment. The neoclassical building is now the successor of other older buildings.
Suffered the effects of the siege of 1714 and became a military site. Since 1775 was the Free School of Design and later the Academy of Fine Arts. Between 1915 and 1994 was the headquarters of the Barcelona Stock Exchange. Now is the headquarters of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and the Real Academia Catalana de Belles Arts de Sant Jordi preserving an important collection of art.
Such a noble space calls for events in which the details have to be essential.
